Generally we don't offer a refund unless the item is misbound or misprinted.

We don't take table bookings for the Teahouse but even at our busiest times the usual wait is only about ten minutes.

Yes. There is a $5 charge per bottle.
There is a wheelchair ramp at the front of the shop facing Oxford Street. However the angle can be a little steep to manage by yourself. We would be delighted to offer assitance if required, please contact the Teahouse ahead of arrival.

We are happy to order any book that we don't have on our shelves. Usually we can track down practically any book released in Australia, Britain or The US.
Yes, we order many books for customers from overseas every week. We can easily source titles from Britain and The US and we're happy to investigate other countries.
That depends. When you place an order with us we are usually able to advise you of an approximate delivery time.
If an item is in stock at an Australian supplier, delivery to Riverbend usually takes no more than ten days. An in stock item from the US takes about two weeks and about three weeks from Britain.
Obviously these times can vary, especially during peak periods like Christmas, and in all cases we're relying on information provided by our suppliers
If it's passed the time when you were expecting your order to arrive, and we haven't contacted you, please give us a call or send us an email info@riverbendbooks.com.au and we'll hunt it down for you.
We can let you know by email, a phone call or by a card in the post. When you place the order we'll ask you for two ways to contact you.
