Purchasing items on the website
When you find an item on the Riverbend site that you would like to

you have selected. At this point you can choose to proceed to the secure
payment area section, drop particular items or clear the contents of your

Booking for events online
You can book and pay for many Riverbend events online. Look for
the 'Book Online' button on the event detail page. Please note we do not
post event tickets, but will email you a confirmation with your event booking
details.

While we make every effort to ensure that the prices on the website
are accurate, occasionally circumstances may vary beyond our control and we
reserve the right to vary the website prices and will contact you to however

All prices are quoted on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are
inclusive of the domestic Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
The GST is currently set at 10%.
GST on international orders
GST is not payable on orders to be shipped outside of Australia and will be
removed from order, prior to processing.
Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Postage charges
Postage is $7.00 per parcel shipped by Australia Post to
addresses within Australia.
Overseas postage will vary depending on the weight and destination of the
parcel. We will contact you with a final postage charge prior to
processing overseas orders.
Event postage
As we do not post event tickets, no postage applies to event
bookings. A receipt will be emailed to you confirming your event booking.
Refund policy
We will accept return of items within six months of purchase
provided the item is in original condition. An item can be exchanged for
another item or for a Riverbend gift voucher.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or gift voucher where an item is a)
faulty (i.e. misbound or illegible), b) wrongly described or c)different
from what was described and where you present your original proof of
purchase.

). Please note we will not pay return postage unless we made a
shipping error or the item was faulty or damaged on receipt.

If necessary, you can cancel your order provided you contact us before you
