Quaffer Selection Package 

Wine A selection of white, red and sparkling wines. Beer A selection of light, mid-strength and premium local beers. Soft drink and juices.

Package length/cost: 2 hours: $22.50 per guest 3 hours: $30.00 per guest 4 hours: $34.00 per guest Children under 18: $5 per hour

 

Award Winners Beverage Selection

Wine A selection of highly judged and award winning white, red and sparkling wines. Beer A selection of light, mid-strength and premium local and imported beers. Soft drinks and non-alcoholic juice cocktails.

Package length/cost: 2 hours: $29.50 per guest 3 hours: $38.00 per guest 4 hours: $43.00 per guest Children under 18: $6 per hour

Wine on Arrival

On arrival each guest will receive a glass of Margaret River white wine or a Hunter Valley red wine or a mid-strength beer. Guests can then purchase extra beverages from the bar.  Juice is available as an alternative.

$5 per guest

Extras to Satisfy Your Guests

You may wish to allow your guests to order extra drinks from the bar and have these billed to your chosen beverage package.

Aperitif, Espresso and Tea to Complete the Ocassion

We recommend that you start your function with a sparkling wine or aperitif

$5 per guest.

Tea and espresso coffee for each guest -flat white, short black and long black only for groups larger than 25.

$3.50 per guest.
